When Selling Your Home

 
  1. Preparing your home- As you get ready to sell your house there are usually some simple improvements that can help you get the most for your property and sell it quickly.  You need to make sure your home isn’t in need of immediate repair.  There will be a home inspection once you have accepted an offer from the buyer.  Make sure your home looks marketable cosmetically.  Clean carpets and floors, fresh paint, update fixtures and appliances.  De-clutter your home.  Do away with or store unwanted or rarely used items.  Make sure your home has curb appeal.  Trim shrubs and bushes, replace mulch, mow grass and make sure its green!
